I've been getting the 0x00000ea error after a crash and reboot. I've followed the instructions in q293708 while in safe mood. But when I reboot, the change doesn't appear to hold. While running Vista normally, I can not turn down the hardware acceleration because of the following message: Your current display adapter does not allow changes to be made to hardware acceleration settings. What can I do?
